I haven't updated in a while. I'm happier than I've been in years, which is nice.

I'm still stuck in the same job, but whatever, it pays me. I'm looking for a secondary job for the evenings or weekend so I can save some money for a Christmas trip to Oregon.

I've decided to give the military thing a miss, for personal reasons. I can't think only about myself; I hadn't considered the potential consequences, and I don't want to risk it, it's not fair on others.

I'll update again some other time.
